1. The above prices for lot only and house and lot package exclude transfer and registration fees, documentary stamps, notarial and annotation fees, permints, utility connections, association dues, miscellaneous processing fees and E-VAT, if applicable which are for the account of the buyer.
2. In case of difference in the lot area specified in the house and lot package, the price shall be adjusted based on the above selling price.

                                                        TERMS OF PAYMENT: A. FOR LOTS ONLY

1. If cash:

    * Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferrable)
    * 30% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days after receipit of reservation fee
    * 70% balance due upon release of title or 90 days from receipt of down payment whichever is earier

2. Thru Pag-ibig Financing:

Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferrable)
10% down payment for regular lots and 15% down payment for corner lots pus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days from reservation
Upon full payment of the above, documents will be forwarded to Pag-ibig for immediate processing.

3. Thru Bank Financing:

    * Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferrable)
    * 30% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days after receipit of reservation fee
    * 70% balance to be covered by bank guarantee for CLI to proceed with transfer of title

                                            TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR HOUSE AND LOT PACKAGE:

1. If cash:

    * Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferrable)
    * 30% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days after receipit of reservation fee
    * 35% additional payment - after 50% completion of house construction
    * 35% balance after 100% completion of house construction and issuance of title

2. Thru Pag-ibig Financing:

    * Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferrable)
    * 20% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee (or amount in excess of 2 million maximum Pag-ibig loan) payable in full or in 3 months installments with zero interest to commence within 30 days from reservation. House construction starts only after full payment of down payment.
    * Upon full payment of the above, documents will be forwarded to Pag-ibig for immediate processing.

3. Thru Bank Financing:

    * Reservation Fee of P15,000 (non-refundable and non-transferrable)
    * 30% down payment plus other charges less reservation fee - within 30 days after receipit of reservation fee
    * 70% balance to be covered by bank guarantee for construction of the house to commence.

Important Notes: The Cebu Land Masters as developer of San Jose Maria Village adopts a policy of transparency with regards to prices, miscellaneous charges, taxes, insurances, association dues, and other related expenses so the Company exposes everything with regards to charges and not hidden in the price. Even if these charges are added to the price, you will find that the total amount are much lesser than other residential developments with more or less the same lot area and floor area.
